Thanks to everyone at Victoria House for a perfect vacation! My wife and I were guests at Victoria House in the early eighty's and we returned 26 years later and enjoyed an absolutely wonderful week long stay. Everything and everyone at Victoria House was amazing!!! The food, service, and the attentive staff made our vacation one of the best we have ever experienced!
Our daughter who is 17 years old and her friend also 17, had a fantastic time as well! We have traveled extensively for about 30 years, to many parts of the world. After 26 years we expected allot of changes, however we were surprised that not much had changed.The people, staff, and management faces have changed, but their outstanding commitment to make our stay the best it could be, hasn't changed!
We will return soon! We live near Houston, Texas and within a couple of hours we can be sitting on the beach at Victoria's enjoying our own "Little Slice of Heaven" !

To the Most Wonderful Staff ever - the Victoria House Crew!!! You all rock.
My stay at Victoria House was outstanding - all the guests, those that stayed at VH and the guests that were only attending the wedding was very pleased and thrilled with their expreience at VH.
The service and attention that we received is uncomparable and second to none. Lets see - there is Angie, Miguel, Justin, Oscar, Jordana, Marlon, Gloria and Julio to name a few that was always willing to assist in which ever way they can with a friendly smile and cheery disposition. We love them all. Javier Williams and Oscar did an outstanding job with both the reheasal dinner and the wedding day set-up. Javier you are outstanding in putting all the pieces together.
I can only say that everyone we have shown pictures to want to go to Victoria House and some of the visitors are already planning to go back next year. Please continue to keep the outstanding service and accommodations you provide and it truly makes visitors feel at home when the same staff is there to greet you year after year. Miguel recognized my mother from a previous trip she made in 2007 - how special is that? Angie is the same - she was there last year when I visited.
It would be remiss of me not to mention the food and that too was declcious and well prepared and presented. The chef(s) is awesome. There is absolutely not a single complaint from us and look forward to the next time at Victoria House.

When we arrived, our house had no power (not the fault of Victoria House). The staff and management did everything in their power to make my family as comfortable as ever, including my handicapped mother. Early the next morning, the staff had manufactured and installed ramps so that she was able to access every part of the resort. Everyone at Victoria House was extremely helpful and courteous and we all felt comfortable and happy. I can't tell you how much we all enjoyed the stay and hope to be back soon. Thank you to everyone, including Miguel, who was always ready to give us a hand.
I was also lucky enough to ask my now fiance to marry me in front of the green kayak in front of the dive shop. Now, we'll be planning our honeymoon.

To everyone at Victoria House,
I want to express my gratitude to all of you. I had a really tough year, and needed a nice vacation. Victoria House exceeded my expectations. The hotel was just like in the brochure. Amazingly peaceful and beautiful. There wasn't one thing that could have been improved on.
I didn't realize how important first impressions are, but when I was welcomed to the hotel by Fernanda and a fruit drink I knew I chose the right place to stay. The fresh flowers that greeted me in my room, left me thinking..."will I ever leave?"
The food was also exceptional. The restaurant as well as the bar served a nice variety of beautiful and delicious food.
I also enjoyed many of the activities offered right there at the dock. I went scuba diving, snorkeling, zip lining and cave tubing. Everything was well organized, and I didn't have to worry about a thing.
I usually don't go to a place more than once with so many places in the world to see, but you better Belize, I will be back again and again.
From Donald in reservations to Brent the manger and all the people that went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect, thnak you all very much, and I can't wait to see you again soon.

I also wanted to thank you for helping us in our reservations for our stay in Victoria House. Your hotel exceeded our expectations in every way!
The location, very private, the architecture, so appropriate for the Caribbean. The decoration of the rooms, exquisite. We were impressed very much by the people who work for the hotel. Tico at reception-concierge, was very helpful with all our needs. Fernanda in guest services was very friendly and made us feel as special guests.
We had the opportunity to try several restaurants in the Caye and even though all were very good the one at VH was the best!

Dear Ms. Woollam,
I just wanted to drop you a quick note to tell you what a wonderful time we had staying at your resort on August 20th through the 25th. This was our first time in Belize and now certainly not our last. Your entire staff was perhaps the friendliest and most accommodating that we have experienced in our travels. Good people like Shelby, Tony, Jeremiah, Javier, and Tico especially made our stay more memorable. There were so many others obviously but their names escape me at this time.
Particularly memorable moments for us were the beautiful birthday dinner your staff served on the beach for my companion Michelle, the flexibility and creativity your cooking staff showed off to prepare the fish we caught, Javier’s expert suggestions for activities that perfectly fit our lifestyle, and the pleasant and comfortable facilities you have there at Victoria House. I’m happy to say that we’ll be back if you’ll have us (we didn’t break anything so we should still be in good graces!).

I just wanted to take this opportunity to write to you about our recent stay at Victoria House. We are long-time vacationers at Victoria House and were thrilled to be returning this summer with our daughter and her boyfriend. The food was exceptional (better than ever!), the new environment was tastefully and elegantly added to what we knew of the old, and the staff (Stone, Tony, Oscar and Yurie and many others) was beyond compare to any place we have ever been.
Victoria House has become our "safe haven" during many of Life's troubled times - a place of rest and relaxation as well as recovery from some very sad times in our lives. I want to commend you and your staff there for helping to make our stay a magical one. My daughter's boyfriend even said it was the best vacation he has ever had - a wonderful compliment since he has traveled all over the world!
