Where We Are:
Ambergris Caye has been the hub of Belizean maritime trade for centuries but in the last twenty years or so the incredible scenery of Ambergris Caye has led to a large growth in saltwater fly-fishing, dive and scuba trade and ecotourism. The variety of things to do rival only the weather and their beauty!
The largest of the 200 plus islands of Belize, Ambergris Caye is twenty five miles long and made up of Mangroves, sand, lagoons to the west and the Barrier Reef one-half mile to the east. The island is situated just south of Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula, bordered on the west by Guatemala and north of Honduras. Victoria House is located on the south section of the island, which is divided by a river, approximately 2 miles from San Pedro town, an easy walk, and bicycle ride on one of our complimentary bicycles or rented golf carts.
