The US Reservation office is located in Houston, Texas. The reservation agents are able to help plan your vacation and/or honeymoon to Victoria House and other Belize resorts and hotels. Below is a list of services:

- Extensive knowledge of local tours, these are booked at the hotel upon arrival
- Reserve local air (Island Hopper) from Belize International Airport to the island and throughout Belize (scheduled air and charters)
- Reserve transfers to/from San Pedro airstrip to Victoria House
- Arrange for Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance
- Extensive knowledge of Ambergris Caye and Belize, Victoria House reservation staff has visited and traveled throughout the country
- Reservations for inland properties and jungle lodges
- Knowledge of area restaurants and attractions
- Recommend alternate accommodations in San Pedro in the event that VH is not available
