If you’ve ever had a cocktail by the pool or a beautifully presented dish at the restaurant, there’s a good chance Mr. Estevan Coc had a hand in it. Affectionately known as “Steve-O,” he’s our Back of House Employee of the Month for June!
Always resilient, Estevan maintains a cheerful outlook even on tough days, inspiring colleagues through his constructive feedback and leadership by example. Whether he’s providing restaurant or poolside service, stepping into a supervising role, or behind the bar mixing drinks, Estevan brings versatility and enthusiasm to everything he does.
His creativity and attention to detail shine in tasks like decorating. His positive attitude boosts morale, making him a valued coworker. He takes pride in his work, constantly learning about coffee and cocktails earning the name, “King of Coffee”.
Overall, he’s a dedicated, inspiring, and adaptable team player who made his grand entrance to Victoria House in October of 2019, and we are proud to recognize him for all he’s done.
