We’re proud to shine a spotlight on Ms. Irayda Requena from our Front Desk & Guest Services team, honoured as our June Front of House Employee of the Month.
Since rejoining Victoria House in December 2021, Irayda has brought warmth, professionalism, and a deep understanding of guest service to every role she takes on. Cross-trained in Housekeeping, Front Desk, Spa, and Dive Shop, she excels in each role, showcasing her resourcefulness and dedication to providing excellent service across different areas.
Irayda takes detailed notes and shares valuable information with her team, demonstrating her commitment to communication and teamwork. She listens carefully and offers help whenever needed, showing her supportive attitude and making her a truly invaluable part of our team.
