Last month, he was awarded for all his hard work with the Certified Restaurant Manager credential by the American Hotel & Lodging Association, recognizing his commitment to maintaining the highest standards of excellence and professionalism in hospitality.
In addition to this accomplishment, Chef Manu also received the 21st Century Leadership: Leading for Impact certificate as part of his continued Professional Development Training, further strengthening his leadership skills and commitment to growth.
