Originally from Scotland, Anne Wood first arrived in Belize in 1994 to begin her career in resort management, playing a role in the growth of luxury hospitality in the region and surrounding area for many years. In 2014, she moved to the UK, but returned and began her journey at Victoria House Resort & Spa as General Manager in May, 2025.
With decades of international hospitality experience and a deep connection to Belize, Anne works closely with the team to ensure every stay feels relaxed, personal, and memorable. She looks forward to welcoming both new and returning guests to our slice of paradise.
