Max and Heather Stalling, a renowned singer-songwriter duo from Dallas, are celebrated for their heartfelt lyrics, captivating melodies, and charm. With their unique blend of Americana, folk, and country influences, they will create a memorable experience that’s both soul-stirring and unforgettable. Max, handling rhythm guitar and lead vocals, and Heather, showcasing her exceptional skills on the fiddle and contributing harmony vocals, will keep you entertained throughout 4 days of relaxing fun and enjoyment.
This year they are bringing an extra special guest along – Jason Eady, originally from Mississippi and based currently in Texas, will be opening with his old school honky-tonk style of songwriting.

Welcome reception mix and mingle with Max and Heather at The Admiral Nelson’s Bar. Complimentary hors d’ouevres are passed out and cash bar is from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., with a group photo taken shortly after. Dinner is on your own this night.
Thursday, July 16, 2026
Start off with pre-dinner cocktails (cash bar) poolside and on the dining deck at 6:00 p.m. Buffet dinner in the dining room and outside deck at 6:30 p.m. Enjoy a private performance with Max and Heather inside the dining room after dinner, around 8:00 p.m. Jason Eady will be opening.

Starting at 1 p.m., spend an afternoon on the beach and poolside with a Corn Hole competition, Ladder Ball, volleyball, and other games along with a poolside performance by Jason Eady. Snacks and tacos are provided and beverages available for purchase. Your buffet dinner starts at 6:30 p.m. on the outside deck, followed by a “Song Swap” show with Max and Heather Stalling and Jason Eady at 8 p.m. In the event of inclement weather, we will move dinner and the performance to the indoor dining room.

Join everyone for pre-dinner cocktails (cash bar) starting at 6:00 p.m. poolside and on outdoor dining deck. Buffet dinner to follow in the dining room and outside deck at 6:30 p.m. The final Max and Heather performance will be after dinner inside the main dining room around 8:00 p.m., with another opening set by Jason Eady.
