We spent 5 nights at this wonderful resort in a two story one bedroom suite. The accommodations exceeded
expectations. There are four two story suites, two to a building. The construction is so solid (poured concrete walls) that we never heard the folks next door. You enter a shared foyer and then into your living room, dining room (seats 6) and full kitchen (full fridge/freezer, dishwasher) along with the powder room. Upstairs is a large bathroom, double sinks, big nicely appointed bedroom with a very comfy bed. All this overlooks the drama of the Aqua waters, beach and infinity pool. Surprising to us, the suite has an upper balcony and lower balcony in front (both of which we used extensively). In back is another balcony (great view if they have a helicopter arrival which happened on our first full day – if you got the bucks that is the way to arrive!) along with a fenced backyard yard of sorts that has the outdoor shower. Outdoor shower a bit too utilitarian other than showering off after the beach.

Everything on the island is smaller and quaint hence the small but decently furnished gym and small but
efficient spa. The location is great, a 10 minute golf cart gets you smack to the middle of San Pedro. We tend to be very active on vacations so a golf cart rental was a must and lots of fun, a bit like a ride in Disneyland Autopia. Day or night we cruised around and found great places to eat and hang out. It always was a comfort to return to Victoria House and the plush environment to relax along with smiling staff.

Luis at the dock arranged three tours for us, fixed wing plane ride over the blue hole, jet skiis and a snorkeling trip. All were perfect (reviews elsewhere).

I believe Victoria House is the only ***true high-end*** resort on the island. Great location, great accommodations, great staff and likely very good management that keeps it all in check!

Note: everything was so darn clean – even the outdoor white cushions on our balcony. Amazing!
