The property was immaculate. The staff were incredibly helpful. Luis at the dive shop was very informed and helpful with snorkeling tours. We did 3 and loved each one of them. The pools were perfect, clean and quiet and the air conditioning was amazing on those hot days. Snorkelling under the dock was a great way to practice with our equipment and fooling around with go pro and capturing all the fish that love under there. The fold carts for transportation were great and such an easy and convenient way to get around and we always felt very safe on Ambergris Caye. We loved it! Exceptional 😀 - The location is great - right on the water with a lot of beach space and 2 pools. The pools had a good amount of chair and umbrellas so it never felt crowded. The room was great - comfortable bed, clean, good bathroom. Breakfast and dinner were both great 😞 - None

During our vacation, we had the pleasure of dining at the resort's bar restaurant on three separate occasions, and each experience was exceptional. The resort's aesthetic is not only pleasing but also created a warm and welcoming atmosphere that enhanced our dining experience.

Beautiful views and relaxation! We loved our stay art Victoria Inn! It was beautiful and relaxing. We loved relaxing on the property. So many different options: lounge chairs, hammocks... on the dock, beach, under coconut trees, by the pool, at your cabana. The staff were all so attentive and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here. The grounds are very nicely maintained. The food is delicious. There are 2 pools and there is a dock on site with snorkeling equipment and other stuff. We booked scuba and snorkel tours through the resort and it was very convenient as we would get picked up right on the dock by the company. All the tours we did through the resort also seemed very reasonable priced. All the staff are incredibly nice and helpful. There are some other restaurants nearby in walking distance and the downtown area is a short taxi ride or you can rent golf cart from the resort. We ended up using the free bikes at the resort to bike into downtown one day which only took about 15 mins at most.

Spent five great nights at Victoria House in one of the beautiful palmetto "rooms." If you are looking for some luxury while staying in San Pedro, this is your place. Nice quiet location, yet a short taxi/cart ride to downtown. Restaurant is great- loved the breakfasts and the opportunity to try something different each day and love them all. The spa was fantastic, staff were great, the grounds were always well kept. And as a bonus we went snorkeling in the shallow waters off the dock. Seems to be for couples- we didn't see any children there at all- no complaints! Would not hesitate to recommend this place to others.

World Class! Victoria House is incredible! World class! My husband and I have traveled to more than 50 countries and this is the best place we've ever stayed! The food, pools, grounds, rooms, and service are exceptional. It truly is a paradise you won't want to leave. We stayed for 8 nights and were sad to leave. If you are looking for a quiet, rejuvenating stay, with fabulous drinks, great food, exquisite spa services, and friendly staff- Victoria House is your place! I highly recommend that you treat yourself to the hot stone massage! No detail is missed in this gem of a place! You won't want to stay at a large commercial resort again once you experience the intimacy and convenience of Victoria House! The diving, snorkeling, and excursions are fabulous as well. Victoria House can assist you in making arrangements and will pack a breakfast-to-go for the early morning excursions! Best Resort in Ambergris Caye! Book it now and read the reviews later! Spent 7 days at VH with my girlfriend it was exactly what we were looking for!! The grounds are full of beautiful tropical landscaping and very tranquil. It was the tropical peaceful getaway we were looking for. Our Palmetto suite was perfectly appointed with a great king sized bed - cold A/C and the housekeeping staff was outstanding at refreshing the room, restocking us with pool / beach towels, and fresh waters - not to mention the amazing turn down service.

We can't say enough about the incredible staff and world class service we received the entire time during our stay. They were friendly, attentive, but not obtrusive and always ready for a friendly chat when you wanted. We would like to mention a few although this list is not exhaustive - everyone was amazing - but special thank you to Duane, Tony, Vanessa, and Ashley. They kept the drinks fresh and food coming when we needed it. We had Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at VH at various times throughout the trip and the food was always amazing! Ask for the coconut mojito!

The bikes and golf carts available right through VH were so convenient we used them both. Excursions like our amazing all day snorkel trip can be booked through the VH dive shop on site! Visit Luis to get you set up with a great trip you can't go wrong! Lastly the front desk staff was wonderful to work with when we wanted to explore with a golf cart (highly suggest it) or make us dinner and cab reservations for a restaurant in town.
