Wildlife Adventures

Birding in Belize offers an impressive variety of birds that may be observed near Victoria House. A forty-minute boat trip to the leeward side of Ambergris Caye will introduce you to many more indigenous species. This adventure is a half-day trip. The mangroves are home to tropical saltwater birds, both resident, and migrant year-round. Bring your binoculars for optimum bird watching.

You will leave the Victoria House dock at approximately 7:30 AM, and you will return around 11:00 AM. The boats may not have a cover; we recommend bringing a hat, sunglasses, long sleeves, comfortable footwear, and sunblock. Boats can take up to 4 guests.
