Fishing Charters


Flats Fishing

Catch and release fishing is done on our 22-25-foot Fly-Fishing Skiffs. You fish off the bow of the boat for the best visibility. Once on the flats the guides cut off the engine and prepares his guest on the deck to fish while he poles the boat through the flats. Fishing grounds are about 25- 60 minutes on the leeward side of the island. Maximum 2 anglers per boat. Fly Fishing gear can be provided at no extra cost.

Cost: ½-day $375.00/ $500.00 USD*, Full Day $600.00/ $675.00USD* per boat. *Rate for George Bradley.

Reef/ Inshore Bottom Fishing

Bottom fishing with live sardines for a variety of snapper, jacks, mackerel, trigger fish, and other inshore species. After your trip you can bring your fresh caught fish to the dining room and have it prepared for lunch or dinner (fish prep is an additional dining room charge). Boats used are 25-foot skiffs. Full Days can be combined with Snorkeling & Caye Caulker.

Cost: ½ Day -$425.00 USD, 1-4 persons. Extras $50.00 per person

Full Day – $600.00 USD, 1- 4 persons. Extras $100.00 per person

Fish/BBQ/Snorkel

Bottom fish with live sardines for a variety of snapper, jacks, mackerel, trigger fish, and other inshore species. When in season, lobsters can be added to the grill. After you have caught enough for lunch, you head to a secluded beach area. The guide will grill your catch of the day over an open fire and serve lunch buffet style. After lunch you head out to the reef for snorkeling. Some snorkel sites carry a $15 Marine Park Entry fee; obtained at the dive shop.

Cost: $600.00 USD, 1- 4 persons. Extras $100.00 per person

Deep Sea Fishing

Due to the proximity of the shore to the reef, the boat ride to the deep blue drop off is just a few minutes and a couple miles out to the fishing grounds. We offer trolling with bait and lures and target species like Mahi-Mahi, Sailfish, Wahoo, King Mackerel, Black Fin Tuna, and Barracudas. Boats available on the island are center console skiffs with canopy tops varying in sizes from 28- 34 feet. Fish preparation is an additional fee.

Cost: ½ Day -$700.00 USD, 1-4 persons. Extras $50.00 per person

1/2 Day Snorkeling


Two Stop Snorkel

Snorkel Holchan Marine Reserve, surrounded by large fish like groupers, jacks, Cuberas, Eagle rays, Coral, and schools of fish. The second stop is at Shark Ray Alley where you swim with Nurse Sharks, stingrays, barracudas, and Blue Tangs amongst other species of marine life.

Mexico Rocks

Snorkel a shallow area of coral patches and sandy bottoms, see brain coral, giant sea fans, large schools of small colorful fish, and your occasional sea turtle, lobster, and squid.

Full Day Snorkeling


Mexico Rocks Snorkel with Beach BBQ- Charter

Snorkel at Mexico Rocks Marine Reserve and see big Brain Coral, purple sea fans, large schools of small tropical colorful fish grazing on the coral heads. This area is also known for lobsters, squid, and occasional octopus. We will cook a full lunch on the beach over the grill, prepared with Belizean condiments and spices. After lunch we will snorkel Tres Cocos where you will see tall Elk Horn coral and schools of tropical fish in shallow waters.

3 Stop Snorkel & Caye Caulker- Charter

Snorkel Holchan and Shark Ray Alley Marine Reserve and see corals, sea fans, turtles, groupers, Nurse sharks, sting rays etc. After snorkeling we stop at Caye Caulker Island where you will have time to buy lunch (not included), enjoy drinks at the local beach bars, and shop for local arts. After lunch we will snorkel a 3rd site, which can be Coral Gardens or North Channel, or you can just spend some more time on Caye Caulker.

2 Stop Snorkel & Secret Beach – Charter

Day Charter to snorkel Holchan, Shark Ray Alley then we head over to grab lunch and drinks (not included) and swim in the clear turquoise waters at Secret Beach. On the way back we can see iguanas on the mangrove trees. **Rate for Rene Bradley.

2 Stop Snorkel & Beach BBQ – Charter

Day Charter to snorkel Holchan, Shark Ray Alley with a private guide then head over to a secluded beach on Ambergris Bay where the guide will prepare a Belizean lunch over an open fire on the grill. After lunch you can swim in the turquoise waters of the bay or stop at a 3rd snorkel site on the way home.

2 Stop Snorkel & Sail to Caye Caulker – Group Tour

Catamaran sailing trip to snorkel Hol Chan Marine Reserve and Shark Ray Alley. Stop at Caye Caulker for lunch/ shopping/ walk around the town. Lunch not included. Ground transfers to the Catamaran included.

Sunset Sail

Sail alongside the reef on a catamaran enjoying local drinks while sharing experiences with other guests from around the island; a perfect way to end your day or week. Departs at 4pm and back around 7pm (may include ground transfer to town).

Cost: Starting at $75.00/ $100* USD per person with a minimum number of guests

Local Diving

 

Dives depart at 8:30AM daily for single or two tanks. We may have a 1:30PM departure depending on demand. The boat ride is between 5 to 20 minutes from the dive shop to the dive site. Equipment is available for rental at the dive shop on site, divers need to have done a dive within the past 3 years at least, and proof of certification is required.

Cost: 2 Tanks- $120.00, Single Tank- $90.00,

1 Tank dive & 1 Snorkel stop Combo at Holchan/Shark Ray Alley $100.00 per person

OFFSHORE DIVES TO THE BLUE HOLE OR TURNEFFE ATOLL

The Blue Hole dive trip is a 3- tank dive day tour which includes the Blue Hole and 2 additional shallower dives which may include The Wall at Halfmoon Caye and The Aquarium. Non-divers also have the opportunity of snorkeling the rim of the Blue Hole and additional reef sites between dives.

Departs at 5:30am and returns around 5:30pm.

Cost:$285.00USD per diver, $215.00USD per snorkeler + $40 (in Cash) Marine Park Fee per person

The Turneffe Atoll dive trip is a 3-tank dive day tour which includes walls, canyons, and sometimes swim-throughs on the leeward side of the atoll. Departs at 6:30am and returns around 4:30pm.

Cost: $265.00 USD + $10 (in Cash) Marine Park Fee per person

Both trips require a minimum number of divers. We recommend flexible dates upon booking.

PADI DIVE COURSES

Refresher Course

Review skills of certified divers with an instructor, includes 1 shallow dive at the Reef, all equipment included.

Discover Scuba Course

Allows non– divers to dive under supervision of an instructor. Includes a lecture in theory and a 1 tank dive in shallow waters, all equipment included. Minimum age is 10 years

Open Water Certification

Consists of classroom sessions, confined skill dives and 4 open water dives. At the end, the diver receives a PADI Certification Card recognized worldwide. Includes all equipment and ebooks. Minimum age 10 years old.

Cost: $500.00 USD + $15.00 Marine Park Fee per person

Times: 8:00AM- 4:30PM average of 2-3 days

Advanced Open Water Certification

Provides a certified open water diver with a structured, well-supervised means to gain additional dive experience. An important prerequisite to many specialty courses, the course consists of five open water dives done over two days. Your course includes an underwater navigation dive and Deep Dive plus 3 electives. Includes all equipment.

Cost: $500.00 USD + $15.00 Marine Park Fee per person

Open Water Referral

for individuals that have completed academic and confined water dives within a 12-month period. Consists of 4 open water dives required for the PADI Open Water Certification. Diver must bring a Student Referral Form or Logbook filled out by previous Instructor. Includes all equipment.

Mainland Tours

Cave Tubing & Jungle Canopy Zip Line

15-minute flight to the mainland followed by a 1-hour drive to the Zip Line/Cave system. On arrival you hike for 10 minutes to the zip line platforms. The zip line consists of 8 platforms within the rain forest canopy. All landing platforms are equipped with safety gear, handrails, and guides to meet you. The platforms are as high as 85ft into the canopy and as far as 250ft!

After lunch, the guides equip you with the tube and the headlights. The hiking takes about 30 minutes to get to the cave itself. Once on the river you sit on the tube and the river takes you inside the caves. You get to see the crystalline stalactites and other limestone formations. The cave tubing takes about 1 hour. Changing rooms are on site. Continental breakfast, lunch, sodas, water, and ground transfers included. Private tours available.

Cave Tubing & Xunantunich Ruins

take a 15-minute flight then a 1:45 hour drive to the Maya Site, enjoy a guided tour of main plazas, climb to the very top of the temples followed by lunch, then a 45-minute drive to the caves. Take a 30-minute hike, to the entrance followed by underground cave tubing for 1 hour. Lastly 1-hour drive back for the flight home. Continental breakfast, lunch, sodas, water, and ground transfers included. Private tours available.

Cave Tubing & Belize Zoo

take a 15-minute flight to the mainland followed by 45-minute drive to The Belize Zoo. Guided tour of the zoo. Following this you will have lunch then we drive for 25 minutes to the cave system. Once on site there is a 30-minute hike to the caves where the tubing begins. The cave tubing lasts about 1 hour. Continental Breakfast, lunch, sodas, water, and ground transfers included. Lamanai Ruins & River Tour – Full Day

take a 15-minute flight to the Municipal airstrip in Belize City, followed by a 50-minute drive on the countryside to the New River. Next you make your way by boat to the Ruins site, be on the lookout for colorful birds like Northern Jacanas, fresh water Morelet’s Crocodiles, exotic orchids, bromeliads etc. along the riverbank. Once on site, you will walk the medicinal trails under the jungle canopy making your way to the tall temples and main structures such as the 120-foot Jaguar Temple. You can climb to the very top and enjoy the panoramic view and mantle of the surrounding jungle or stay at the base and take amazing pictures of these historic monuments. Continental breakfast, lunch, sodas, water, and ground transfers included.

Lamanai Ruins & River Tour – Half Day

Take the 18-minute flight to Tower Hill Airstrip on the mainland, followed by a 15-minute drive to the awaiting skiff for the 1-hour boat ride on the New River. As the boat winds its way deeper into the jungle, be on the lookout for tropical birds, Morelet’s crocodiles, exotic flowers like orchids, bromeliads, and lily pads on the riverbank. Once at the site follow your expert guide on the trails leading to the ball court, Jaguar Temple, and other temples of importance; be sure to take your picture by the “Masks”. While on the trails be on the lookout for occasional troops of spider or howler monkeys and if lucky the elusive national bird of Belize, the Keel Billed Toucan among other birds in the jungle canopy above you. Lunch is served after the tour on site under the jungle canopy followed by the boat ride back for your flight back to the island. Lunch, water, ground transfers included.

Flights depart the island on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday, seats are limited to aircraft size.

Other Activities

Blue Hole Fly Over

Cessna Airplanes depart the island mid-morning for a 1-hour flight over the Main reef, Lighthouse Reef, Blue Hole, and sections of Turneffe Atoll. From a bird’s eye view you can see the ever-changing colors of the Caribbean Sea as we fly over shallow reefs, deep drop offs, postcard islands, sand bars, mangrove lagoons and the Great Blue Hole. Be on the lookout for pods of dolphins, manatees, stingrays, or sharks as we fly low altitude at some locations. Flights depart 9:00am on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday, or 1:00pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday.

Taxi picks up is 45 minutes prior to flight time. Ground transfers are included.

Cost: $270.00USD per person, seats are limited and depend on the size of aircraft available.

Cancellation Policy

Tours cancelled within 24 hours of departure time are non-refundable.

Tours cancelled within 48 hours of departure time carry a 20% non-refundable fee.
