  • Zone A: Hol Chan Cut
  • Zone B: Seagrass Beds
  • Zone C: Mangroves
  • Zone D: Shark Ray Alley

The name Hol Chan is translated from Maya to mean little channel. The area is as it is named a “channel” in the Barrier Reef. This channel creates the perfect site for snorkelers and divers due to its diverse marine life. A multitude of fish and other marine species can be spotted along with friendly nurse sharks and Southern Sting Rays.

According to Skin Diver Magazine, Shark Ray Alley has been declared one of the seven best animal dives in the Caribbean.
