Meal Plans & Cancellation Policies
CANCELLATION POLICY (High & Low Season)
- A one-night deposit is due at time of booking
- Cancellation 90 or more days prior to the date of arrival at Hotel – Full Refund
- Cancellation 60 to 90 days prior to date of arrival at the Hotel – Forfeit 25% of deposit
- Cancellation 45 to 60 days prior to date of arrival at the Hotel – Forfeit 50% of payment
- Cancellation less than 45 days prior to date of arrival at Hotel – No Refund
- All taxes and rates subject to change
CANCELLATION POLICY (Peak Season)
- A three-night non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking
- Full balance is processed 90 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable
Additional persons, per night (all rooms): $35.00 Rack
Please add 9% Govt. Room Tax & 10% Service Charge.
All Two Bedroom Villas are based on 4 people, Casa Del Sol- 6 people and Casa Azul- 10 people.
