FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICIES

Thank-you for considering Victoria House Resort & Spa for your Belizean beachfront getaway!

Please see below for details on our cancellation policies.  We want to ensure that our guests have a relaxing experience, so please don’t hesitate to contact us should you have any questions.

We know that times are unpredictable, and that more flexibility is needed when making travel plans. Our new Flexible Booking program allows you to cancel new and existing reservations without penalty up until 30 days prior to arrival.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

• A one-night deposit is due at time of booking.
• The final balance will be automatically processed 30 days prior to arrival.
• Guests may cancel with a full refund anytime up to 30 days prior to arrival; bookings cancelled under 30 days before arrival are not refundable. We strongly recommend the purchase of trip cancellation/interruption insurance to safeguard your travel expenses due to unforeseen circumstances.

If your reservation was already rescheduled due to COVID-19 (or fell within a non-refundable period), then our legacy policies may apply. If you’re unsure, please contact our reservation office and we would be happy to review your reservation with you.

• Full balance is processed 45 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
• Cancellation 90 or more days prior to the date of arrival at Hotel – full refund.
• Cancellation 60 to 90 days prior to date of arrival at the Hotel – forfeit 25% of deposit.
• Cancellation 45 to 60 days prior to date of arrival at the Hotel – forfeit 50% of payment.
• Cancellation less than 45 days prior to date of arrival at Hotel – no refund.
• All taxes and rates subject to change.

• A three-night non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Full balance is processed 90 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

* Victoria House Resort & Spa reserves the right to change or suspend these policies at any time without prior notice. We urge guests to review the published rates prior to booking or changing to ensure they understand the resort’s Seasonal Rates for each Room Category.

** Our new COVID-19 Flexible Booking Policy applies to all existing and future bookings with the exception of bookings that have either (1) already rescheduled or (2) in the process of rescheduling their prior trips that were within the original full penalty period or (3) during peak season.
